Exact Technology are proud of their after sales service, commitment and support. Exact's highly skilled team of Service Engineers offer full back-up and assistance as and when required.
 
UK Customers
A full 12 months parts and labour warranty is included with new machines and 6 months on second hand equipment. This is backed up after the warranty period by our Standard and Premier Maintenance Plans.
 

For those not wishing to take out a Maintenance Plan, we also offer a Support Line whereby an engineer is on standby to offer technical support and advice during our office hours.

Overseas Customers

Exact Technology's products are supported world-wide by a network of Support Centres who provide their own warranty and maintenance agreements. Our experienced teams also train personnel to use the machines.

All Support Centres are fully stocked with consumables for quick delivery on spare parts.
