Electric Oscillating Knife |
| The Electric Oscillating Knife has a reciprocating action enabling it to slice heavy duty material, such as leather, rubber, technical textiles and corrugated board. |
Tangential Knife |
| The Tangential Knife is ideal for cutting unstable materials such as carbon fibre, lace and fabric as well as carton board, gaskets, membrane switches and pre-pregs. This tool is ideal for intricate cutting. |
Tangential Creasing Wheel |
| A range of Tangential creasing wheels are used, primarily for creasing packaging materials, such as carton board, plastics and solid board. |
Free Rolling Cutter |
| Exact Technology's Free Rolling Cutting is a tangentially controlled circular blade capable of cutting a range of light density materials. |
Passe-partout Knife |
| The Passe-partout Knife cuts a range of materials including solid board, plastics and gaskets at a 45° angle. The knife is ideal for bevel cutting and V grooves on picture mounts. |
Powered Rotary Cutter |
| A tangentially controlled spinning blade suitable for dry carbon and glass fibre and foam. The optional multi-edged circular blade increases cutting performance. |
| |
Ultrasonic Cut & Seal Knife |
| This tool cuts and seals the materials edges. Common applications include conspicuity film, vehicle livery, road signs and satellite covers. |
Punch Unit |
| The Punch Unit is capable of producing 1 to 7 millimetre holes quickly and accurately in a range of materials including leather and rubber. |
Rapid Part Marker |
| The Rapid Part Marker is a high speed ink jet designed to improve component identification. Vastly superior to pen plotting in terms of speed, it rapidly applies alphanumeric characters to composites, plastics, gaskets, textiles and cardboard. |
Single Spindle Router |
| A lightweight, high speed spindle (45,000RPM) with a stroke length of 10 millimetres. Capable of drilling/routing acetate, cured composites, foam, polycarbonate, perspex, polyester, plywood and many more. Fitted with a dust extraction unit. |
Pen Unit |
| The pen marks cut parts for easy identification or is used to produce decorative text and graphics on picture mounts, for example. |
| |
Laser Pointer |
The laser pointer identifies where cutting will begin or can map out the job before cutting begins to ensure the material is the right size. |
| |
Spiking Tool |
| The spiking tool is used to make identification marks in material. For example, it can mark where stitching is required in leather. |
