Productivity Advances for Cutting Components
Traditional cutting methods are time consuming and costly. The ability to produce prototypes quickly and accurately whilst maximising material usage are key factors in any production environment. Templates can be scanned in using a digitising toolhead, an AO digitizing tablet or drawn in the CAD System, giving the operator flexibility to make any necessary design modifications before cutting. Repeatability and accuracy are assured every time reducing the rejection rate, increasing production throughput and at the same time reducing the cost of producing prototypes and production runs.
