Exact Technology offer a wide range of material handling solutions from simple pull-off roll dispensers to heavy-duty peripheral drive systems. Exact's material handling equipment will allow you to effortlessly feed heavy rolls of fabric or load sheets of material on to the Cutting Machine surface without operator intervention. Alternatively we can supply storage units for you to simply store your rolls for future use.

| System 1: Pull-Off Roll Dispenser |

This simple pull-off roll dispenser will hold 2 or 3 rolls of material. The dispenser is equipped with a nip roller, incorporating a one-way clutch, to prevent backward rotation of the roll. |

| System 2: Tilting Pull-Off Roll Feeder |
Designed to load and unload heavy rolls of material automatically. Unlike typical roll feeds, the operator does not have to manually load rolls of material onto a bar. The tilting pull-off system has a bar-less cradle making the loading of material an effortless task.
Rolls are loaded vertically onto a loading plate. When in position the loading plate and rollers tilt to a horizontal position, where the material is ready to be loaded onto the Cutting Machine.

| System 3: Powered Unwind Unit (Peripheral Drive) |

The normal arrangement is for material with a hollow core (or no core) to rest on a single or multiple drive rollers. These drive rollers rotate the raw material through friction, whilst free-running rollers at the front and back support the material. Guide plates prevent sideways movement and the feed is controlled by a dancing roller, pendulum roller or loop position sensor. |

| System 4: Peripheral Drive System |
 |
This system is ideal for relatively light rolls of fabric up to 30kg, where frequent changes of material are required. It is not essential for the roll to have a core to support it. The surface speed of the roll is synchronised with the cutting table, ensuring a highly efficient way of feeding a variety of roll widths onto the Cutting Machine. |

| System 5: Sheet Feeder |
The Sheet Feeder System automatically loads sheets of material from a stack at the rear of the Cutting Machine and advances to the cutting zone. Once cut, the sheet is advanced to the take off table at the front of the machine whilst the second sheet is loaded and cut.

| System 6: A-Frame Roll Unit |
 |
A fully portable roll holder that enables manual feeding of the fabric onto the Cutting Machine. Will hold up to 6 rolls of material, increasing efficiency by enabling several rolls of fabric to be loaded and brought to the cutting table. |
