Table
Static-bed:
The static bed is an aluminum honeycomb table requiring cut components to be manually removed.
Conveyorised-bed:
The conveyorised-bed automatically loads the material and unloads the cut components for continuous through-put.

Tooling
Fixed Tool Head:
This our entry-level tool head and will accept one tool head selected at time of machine manufacture.
Interchangeable Tool Head Facility:
This enables Exact's full range of tool heads to be fitted.

Zoned Vacuum System
The vacuum can be set to a quarter, half or all of the table to hold the material securely in place. Alternative zone patterns can be provided to suit the customers requirements.
Gantry
A high or low gantry can be set to accommodate a range of material thicknesses.
Depth Control
Micrometer Adjusters:
Standard on static bed plotters, micrometer adjusters allow manual depth control (metric or imperial). The Micrometers are compatible with Fixed Blades (flat and round), creasing wheels and none-powered rotary cutters.
Motorised Depth Control (MDC):
Available only on the Static Bed, the MDC system allows depth to be set automatically for creasing depth, scoring, and multiple pass depth for tough material. The addressable resolution is 0.001mm.
Material Handling Systems
Material Roll feeds are capable of holding 1-6 rolls of material. The material is fed through nip rollers, guiding the material onto the table. Roll feeds are standard on conveyor belt machines or an upgrade on static bed machines.

Flotation system
The flotation system creates a cushion of air allowing heavy material to be handled with ease. Flotation systems are only available on static bed tables.
Registration Systems
Registration systems precisely align material and the required cutting path and are available on all static bed machines.
